I offer a range of pre-recorded classes that can be purchased individually or as a monthly subscription. Every week there are new classes are available as well as a back catalogue of over 300 classes. These include yin yoga, vinyasa flow, flow and restore, meditation and range from 60 – 10 minutes.

Yoga for the workplace

Yoga in the workplace is a great way to give your employees 30-60 minutes to move and release tension from being at their desks. I have worked with companies such as Dataminr, Janus Henderson Investments, Kings College London, Fletcher Priest Architects and Give A Grad A Go delivering yoga classes during lunch or work. Yoga is a great way to build community in the workplace. All you need is a meeting room and we can get started!
